If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 2 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Once you receive the RA number, please securely package the item and include the RA number on the packaging. Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item. If the return meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply to certain returns.
3. Exchanges
